Callum is an Associate Director at 27 Talent and comes with 5 years of recruitment experience, the majority of this within the Rec2Rec market. Callum joined the recruitment industry after studying a Bioscience (with Exercise Science) degree at Canterbury Christ Church University. Originally, Callum joined the recruitment industry for its progression opportunities as well as the fast-paced and competitive nature - and continues to enjoy these elements within Rec2Rec. Callum progressed from Resourcer to Associate Director in his previous firm, prior to joining 27 Talent in February 2022, and has placed over 150 individuals into the recruitment sector!
