Callum Baines

Callum is the Managing Director of our London HQ at 27 Talent. He joined the business in 2022, sharing a vision with our Founder to build a much-needed, high-quality Rec2Rec firm. Starting his recruitment career in 2017, Callum quickly advanced through the ranks to Associate Director within just 4 years at his previous company, where he managed a team of 10, servicing the UK Rec2Rec market. Callum has played a key role in 27 Talent’s growth, and over the course of his career, he has successfully placed over 250 professionals.
