The Role:

£23,000 basic + Uncapped competitive commission.
Year 1 £40,000 OTE, Year 2 £70,000, Year 3 £100,000.

Proactively sourcing candidates for clients, including headhunting, LinkedIn, recommendations and through phone calls.
Driving towards your own sales and targets! Driving towards monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals opportunities to have multiple promotions within your first year.
Working towards developing new business with new and existing clients.
Offering the best opportunities for candidates and managing the process throughout until offer stage and beyond.
Expectations:
Top 40 University – with a 2:1 or above and strong A-level academics (preferred A*-B).
Competed in sport, preferably at a high level or in a team.
Sales or commercial experience preferred or working alongside studies.
Target driven – must be driven and motivated.
